Content Rules

Last updated: October 16, 2026

ChudMods is intended to be viewpoint-neutral. A mod is not prohibited merely because it expresses a political, social, religious, irreverent, controversial, or unpopular viewpoint.

What is not allowed

• Malware, credential theft, destructive payloads, or deliberately deceptive executables.
• Doxxing or publication of private personal information.
• Content whose hosting or distribution is unlawful.
• Uploads that infringe intellectual-property rights where removal is legally required.
• Spam, phishing, impersonation intended to defraud, or abuse of the service.

Labels and user control

ChudMods may require accurate game, content, compatibility, and safety labels. Labels and filters are not endorsements or punishments; they help users choose what they want to see and install.

Enforcement

We may quarantine files while investigating malware, legal notices, or serious safety reports. These starter rules should be reviewed by qualified counsel before operating a public file-hosting service.
